7. Client-Specific Terms

If you use the Platform as a client, the following additional terms apply:

Respectful Conduct

You agree to treat all providers and other users with respect and dignity. Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.

Review Policies

If you submit reviews, you agree that:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheOtherBoard and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

14. Termination

Termination Rights

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• Any provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

Survival

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TheOtherBoard regarding your use of the Platform.

Severability
