General Questions
TheOtherBoard is a premier adult entertainment directory that connects providers and clients safely and professionally. We provide a platform for independent providers to advertise their services and for clients to find and connect with them.
TheOtherBoard is an advertising platform. We do not facilitate, arrange, or participate in any transactions between users. All users are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Click the "Register" button in the top navigation. You'll be asked to choose whether you're a client or provider, then complete the registration form with your email and password. After registration, verify your email to access all features.
Click "Login" then "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use TheOtherBoard. This requirement applies to all users, whether clients or providers. We take age verification seriously.
For Clients
Use our search functionality to find providers by location, attributes, and availability. You can browse the provider directory, check the "Available Now" section for immediate availability, or use filters to narrow your search.
Each provider profile has contact options. You can use our built-in messaging system or follow their preferred contact method listed on their profile. Always introduce yourself professionally and follow any guidelines they specify.
A good first message includes: a brief introduction, how you found them, what interests you about their profile, your general availability, and any references if you have them. Be polite, professional, and respectful.
After meeting with a provider, you can write a review on their profile. Reviews help the community and providers build their reputation. Be honest, respectful, and follow our review guidelines. Never include explicit details or identifying information.
Yes. Your email and personal details are never shared with other users. You can use a pseudonym and don't need to provide identifying information beyond a working email address. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Common reasons include: incomplete profile, generic or inappropriate messages, lack of references (if required), or the provider may be busy. Complete your profile, send thoughtful personalized messages, and be patient.
For Providers
Register as a provider and complete the application process. Once approved, you can create your profile with photos, bio, rates, and contact information. Make sure to follow our content guidelines for photos and text.
We offer three subscription tiers:
- Base ($85/month) — 1 boost per day (2 hours each), 1 city, basic analytics showing your profile views, favorites, and messages.
- Plus ($99/month) — 3 boosts per day (3 hours each), 1 city, enhanced analytics with daily charts and trend insights.
- Pro ($119/month) — 3 boosts per day (3 hours each), up to 5 cities for touring, premium analytics with tips on what's working, plus a Pro badge on your profile.
Visit your Billing page to view plans and subscribe.
Use the "Boost" button on your dashboard to appear in the "Available Now" section on the homepage and at the top of search results.
How boosts work:
- Base plan: 1 boost per day, each lasting 2 hours (2 hours total visibility)
- Plus plan: 3 boosts per day, each lasting 3 hours (9 hours total visibility)
- Pro plan: 3 boosts per day, each lasting 3 hours (9 hours total visibility)
Your boosts reset daily. Use another boost when your current one expires to stay visible longer. Keeping your profile updated and getting positive reviews also helps improve your visibility.
Yes! You can edit your profile at any time from your Provider Dashboard. Update your bio, photos, rates, location, and availability whenever needed. Keeping your profile current helps attract clients.
Clients can leave reviews on your profile after meeting you. You can respond to reviews publicly. Positive reviews build your reputation and attract more clients. Handle negative reviews professionally.
Yes! You can set your profile to "Hidden" in your settings. Your profile won't appear in search results or to other users until you make it visible again. This is useful for vacations or breaks.
Report it immediately using our Contact Form or file a DMCA takedown request. We take photo theft seriously and will act promptly on valid complaints.
Safety & Privacy
We use SSL encryption for all data transmission, secure storage with encryption at rest, and strict access controls. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Yes. Go to Account Settings and select "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Some information may be retained as required by law.
Use the "Report" button on any profile or message to report violations. You can also contact us directly through our Contact Form. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
Report it immediately using the Report button or contact us. We have zero tolerance for illegal content, especially anything involving minors. Such content is immediately removed and reported to authorities.
You can block a user from their profile or from your conversation with them. Blocked users cannot message you or see your profile. You can manage blocked users in your Account Settings.
Billing & Payments
We accept Bitcoin and cryptocurrency payments for maximum privacy and security. This means no credit card statements, no bank records linking to our platform, and complete discretion.
Don't have Bitcoin? No problem! It's easy to get started:
- Cash App — The easiest option. Download the app, verify your identity, and buy Bitcoin instantly with your debit card or bank account.
- Venmo — If you already use Venmo, you can buy crypto directly in the app.
- PayPal — Buy Bitcoin through PayPal's crypto feature if you have an account.
- Coinbase — A popular crypto exchange if you want more options.

Go to your Billing page to view available plans. You can upgrade from Base to Plus or Pro at any time. Upgrades include:
- Plus ($99/month): More boosts (3×3hrs), daily trend charts
- Pro ($119/month): Multi-city touring (up to 5 cities), premium analytics, Pro badge
Upgrades take effect immediately after payment.
Since we use Bitcoin payments, we can't refund directly to your wallet. Instead, we offer account credit for valid issues:
- Extended subscription time
- Extra boosts added to your account
If you have concerns, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Go to Account Settings > Subscription and select "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time.
