Writing a Review

The review process is a guided, step-by-step wizard that walks you through everything. You can start a review from a provider's profile page or from the Write a Review page directly.

Starting from a Provider's Profile

The easiest way to write a review is to go to the provider's profile and tap the "Write a Review" button. This pre-fills their information so you can skip straight to the session details.

Starting from Scratch

If you go to /write-review directly, you'll start at Step 1 where you search for the provider by their phone number or email address. The system looks them up and shows matching profiles so you can confirm you're reviewing the right person.

You must be logged in as a client to write a review. Providers cannot submit reviews for other providers.

The Review Steps

1

Find the provider by searching their phone number or email address, or start from their profile page.

2

Enter session details: the date you met, session length, location type (in-call or out-call), and the city.

3

Write your review: choose your recommendation, indicate if you'd see them again, and describe your experience in at least 50 characters.

4

Submit your review. It will be sent to our moderation team for approval before going live.

Step 1: Find the Provider

You'll search for the provider using their phone number or email address. Choose your search method, enter the contact info, and the system will automatically look for matching profiles.

  • If the provider is found, you'll see their name, photo, and location. Tap to select them.
  • If multiple matches appear, choose the correct one from the list.
  • If the provider isn't in the system yet, you can create a basic profile for them. They can claim it later. You'll need to provide their name, city, state, and age.

Step 2: Session Details

This step captures the specifics of your appointment. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Date of Session

When you met. Must be within the last 30 days and cannot be in the future.

Session Length

Choose from 30 minutes to 4+ hours. Select the option closest to your actual session.

Location Type

In-Call (you went to them) or Out-Call (they came to you).

City

Start typing a city name and select from the dropdown. This helps other users searching by location.

Optional Details

Tap "Optional Details" to expand additional fields. None of these are required, but they add helpful context:

  • Two-Girl Show -- Check this if your session was a duo
  • Alternate Profile Link -- If the provider has a profile on another site, paste the URL here
  • Pictures Accurate -- Were their photos an accurate representation? (Yes, Old, Fake, or N/A)
  • Did Provider Smoke? -- No, Yes (not during session), or Yes (during session)
  • Private Note for Admin -- Anything you want the moderation team to know (this is never published)

Step 3: Your Review

This is where you share your actual experience. There are three required fields:

  • Would you recommend this provider? -- Choose from Yes, So-So, No, No Show, or Rip Off. This becomes the headline recommendation badge on your review.
  • Would you see them again? -- Yes, Maybe, or No. A quick signal for other clients about repeat-worthiness.
  • Describe Your Experience -- A written description of at least 50 characters (up to 5,000). This is the main body of your review that others will read.

Physical Observations (Optional)

You can also expand the "Physical Observations" section to note details like estimated age, ethnicity, body type, and hair color. These help verify that the provider's profile is accurate and assist other clients.

Take your time on the description. A detailed, thoughtful review is far more helpful than a one-liner. Other clients rely on your words to decide who to see.

Review Guidelines

Good reviews are honest, specific, and respectful. Here's what to aim for and what to avoid.

What to Include

1

Honest recommendation

Be straightforward about whether you would recommend this provider. Other clients depend on your honesty.

2

Specific details about the experience

Mention what stood out -- punctuality, communication, atmosphere, professionalism. Specifics are more useful than vague praise.

3

Photo accuracy

Let others know if the provider's photos matched reality. This is one of the most valuable things you can report.

4

Constructive feedback

If something wasn't great, explain what and why in a respectful way. This helps both the provider and future clients.

What to Avoid

  • No personal identifying information -- Never include real names, addresses, license plates, or other identifying details about yourself or the provider
  • No explicit pricing details -- Don't list specific rates or compensation amounts
  • No threatening or harassing language -- Criticism is fine; threats are not
  • No revenge reviews -- Reviews should reflect genuine experiences, not personal grudges
  • No promotional content -- Don't use reviews to advertise other services
Reviews that violate these guidelines will be rejected during moderation. Repeated violations may result in loss of review privileges.

The Approval Process

Every review on TheOtherBoard goes through a moderation process before it becomes visible. This protects both providers and clients.

How It Works

1

You submit your review. It immediately goes into "Pending" status.

2

A moderator reviews your submission to ensure it follows community guidelines.

3

If approved, the review appears on the provider's profile and becomes publicly visible.

4

If rejected, you'll see the status change on your My Reviews page. You can edit and resubmit.

Review Statuses

Pending

Your review has been submitted and is waiting to be reviewed by a moderator.

Approved

Your review has passed moderation and is now visible on the provider's profile.

Rejected

Your review did not meet the guidelines and was not published. You can edit and resubmit.

Most reviews are processed within 24-48 hours. If your review is still pending after a few days, reach out to support.

Managing Your Reviews

All of your reviews are accessible from the My Reviews page. This is your personal dashboard for everything you've written.

What You'll See

Your reviews are displayed in a table with the following columns:

  • Provider -- The name of the provider you reviewed
  • Recommendation -- Your Yes/No/So-So badge
  • Status -- Whether the review is Pending, Approved, or Rejected
  • Pictures Accurate -- Your photo accuracy rating
  • Session -- Duration and incall/outcall type
  • Date -- When you submitted the review

Tap any row to expand it and see the full review text. If the provider has responded, you'll see their response displayed below your review.

Editing a Review

Tap the Edit button on any review to modify it. When editing, you can change:

  • Your recommendation (Yes/No/So-So/No Show/Rip Off)
  • Your written experience description

You'll also need to provide a reason for the edit (at least 10 characters). This helps the moderation team understand why the change was made.

If you edit an already-approved review, it goes back to "Pending" status for re-approval. It will be temporarily hidden from the provider's profile until a moderator approves the updated version.

Deleting a Review

You can delete reviews that are still in Pending status. Tap the Delete button and confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Approved reviews cannot be deleted by the reviewer.

How Reviews Appear

Once approved, your review becomes visible on the provider's profile page. Here's what others will see.

On the Provider's Profile

The provider's profile page has a dedicated Reviews section. Each review shows:

  • Your username or "Anonymous" (if you've enabled anonymous mode in your account settings)
  • Your recommendation badge (Yes, So-So, No, etc.) in a color-coded label
  • Your written description of the experience
  • Session details like duration and location type
  • Whether the pictures were accurate
  • The date you posted the review

Provider Responses

Providers can write a public response to your review. This appears directly below your review text, clearly labeled as "Provider Response." It gives the provider a chance to thank you, address feedback, or clarify anything. You'll receive a notification when a provider responds to your review.

Review Statistics

The provider's profile also displays aggregate review stats -- total number of reviews, the overall recommendation breakdown, and review highlights. Providers with more positive reviews are easier for new clients to trust.

Tips for Helpful Reviews

Be Specific, Not Vague

"Great experience, highly recommend" is nice but not helpful. Describe what made it great -- was the provider punctual, friendly, exactly as pictured?

Protect Privacy

Never include real names, specific addresses, hotel names, or other identifying details in your review. Keep it general enough to protect everyone.

Be Fair and Respectful

Even if your experience wasn't perfect, keep your tone constructive. Remember there's a real person reading your words.

Review Promptly

Write your review within a few days of your appointment while details are fresh. You have a 30-day window to submit.

Fill in Optional Fields

The more data points you provide (photo accuracy, session type, physical observations), the more useful your review is to the community.

Use the Right Recommendation

Reserve "Yes" for genuinely good experiences, "So-So" for mixed ones, and "No" for clearly negative ones. "No Show" and "Rip Off" are for serious issues only.

Common Questions

Only registered clients can write reviews. You must be logged in with a client account. Providers cannot submit reviews for other providers.

Yes. If you enable Anonymous Mode in your account settings, your username will appear as "Anonymous" on all your reviews. The provider and other visitors won't be able to see who wrote it. Your identity is still known to the moderation team for accountability purposes.

Most reviews are moderated within 24-48 hours. During busy periods it may take a bit longer. You can check the status of your review anytime on the My Reviews page.

Reviews are typically rejected for violating guidelines -- for example, including personal identifying information, explicit pricing, threatening language, or content that reads like a fake or revenge review. If your review was rejected, you can edit it to address the issues and resubmit.

Yes. The session date you enter must be within the last 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your appointment, you won't be able to submit a review for that session.

Yes. You can edit your review at any time from the My Reviews page. However, editing an approved review will set it back to "Pending" status, meaning it will be temporarily hidden until a moderator approves the changes. You'll also need to provide a reason for the edit.

If your search doesn't find the provider, you can create a basic profile for them. Enter their name, city, state, and age. They'll be listed as an "unclaimed" provider and can claim the profile later if they join TheOtherBoard. Your review will still be published and visible.

Yes. Providers can write a single public response to each review. This response appears below your review on their profile. They can also edit or remove their response at any time. You'll receive a notification when a provider responds, so you can see what they wrote.
